Day of Coordination
A day-of wedding coordinator is a professional who ensures that all aspects of a couple’s wedding day run smoothly and according to plan. Unlike a full-service planner, a day-of coordinator typically steps in a few months to weeks before the wedding to familiarize themselves with the event details, vendor contracts, and timeline.

On your wedding day, we manage logistics such as vendor arrivals, setup, the ceremony schedule, and reception flow, handling any last-minute issues discreetly so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy the celebration. We are also the main point of contact for all vendors. At Everlasting Bond Wedding Coordination, our goal is to execute your vision, protect your peace, ensure exemplary service, and create a joyful experience that is Heavenly.

Prices range between $700 and $1,500, based on location, wedding complexity, and the involvement of a coordinator for wedding events other than the wedding day, such as rehearsal and non day of setup. We coordinate both religious weddings (all Christian denominations) and non-religious weddings.
