A day-of wedding coordinator is a professional who ensures that all aspects of a couple’s wedding day run smoothly and according to plan. Unlike a full-service planner, a day-of coordinator typically steps in a few months to weeks before the wedding to familiarize themselves with the event details, vendor contracts, and timeline. ​
On your wedding day, we manage logistics such as vendor arrivals, setup, the ceremony schedule, and reception flow, handling any last-minute issues discreetly so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy the celebration. Partial Planning
A wedding planner is a professional who ensures that all aspects of a couple’s wedding, from planning during the engagement period to the wedding day, run smoothly and according to plan. A partial planner is a planner who works with the couple to plan half of their wedding, unlike a full-service wedding planner.​
